ENEV22006 Social and Economic Impact Assessment

Course details

This course provides an environment for students to develop a critical knowledge of the
role of social and economic impact assessment in planning. Students should be
able to identify the concepts and assumptions behind social and economic impact
assessment of plans, public policy or projects. The students should be able to identify
legal and administrative requirements, undertake assessments using standard tools and
methods and critique and evaluate the social and economic assessment of new developments and plans.
