Course details

Human Factors issues are implicated in the vast majority of safety-related events across all industry sectors. This course examines the critical aspects of Human Factors Integration and Change Management and focusses on addressing key Human Factors considerations across the full production lifecycle, from process and product design through to operations. Students will consider how these key Human Factors considerations can be effectively translated into practice through organisational change management.
