PROP29002 Property Valuation and Research Project (B)

Course details

The research project topic will be within the field of property market analysis or valuation methodology. Students will select a topic in conjunction with their supervisor. They will prepare individual dissertations but may undertake joint research. Students will be required to write a coherent and logical report on the research question (or problem), the methodology, the outcomes and the conclusions of the research project.
