LAWS13009 Corporations Law

Course details

This course examines the company as a business structure. Topics include an analysis of the incorporation process, the effects of incorporation, management and control of the company, company financing and finally the process of winding a company up. Students will be exposed to provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 and other relevant company-based legislation.
