In this course, students examine the contemporary issues effecting human resource management practice and the impact these issues are having on an organisation's ability to effectively and strategically attract, recruit, retain and manage its human resources in an increasingly global and dynamic environment.
The course applies human resource management theory to critically analyse these contemporary HRM issues.
