PHYS11185 Engineering Physics B

Course details

This course introduces basic principles of physics and aims to develop a fundamental understanding of topics (heat, waves and electricity and magnetism, atomic and nuclear physics) applied to engineering and technology. The course provides practical experience in experimental and measurement techniques used to investigate these physical phenomena and develops related professional communication, information literacy and teamwork skills.
Distance education (FLEX) students will be required to have access to a computer and make frequent use of the Internet.
