CQUN40001 CPA Tuition Support Workshops –Advanced Taxation

Course details

The aim of this student support course is to provide students with additional educational support to assist students in their understanding of the Advanced Taxation CPA Module and prepare them for successful outcomes in their corresponding CPA Exam.
Successful revision and additional support should improve a candidate’s success in the completion of the Advanced Taxation CPA Professional segment.
The aims of this segment are:
1. to ensure candidates are aware of the key provisions of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cwlth), the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cwlth), A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cwlth), Fringe Benefits Tax Assessment Act 1986 (Cwlth) and the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cwlth)
2. to ensure candidates can apply the relevant legislative section(s) to determine the taxation consequences of an event

Students will also receive exam preparation advice as they prepare for their CPA Segment exam on this topic.
