Course details

In this course students will develop an understanding of the key phases in the project management lifecycle and the activities that are performed in these phases. In addition, the course addresses organisational and behavioural issues relevant to project management as well as industry standards, quality assurance, professional ethics and social issues. Students will learn how to apply the procedures and processes discussed in the course to practical situations. Expertise will also be acquired in the use of project management software. **STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN OR WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED COIS20008 INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT CANNOT ENROL IN THIS COURSE.**
