Course details
Legal Practitioners owe professional and personal duties to the law, the courts, their clients and to fellow practitioners. This course examines the personal and professional conduct expected of a legal practitioner. Students will be exposed to the requirements of the Legal Practitioner's Act and Regulations of 2007.
