Course details

Effective communication is fundamental in all aspects of nursing practice. Nurses must be able to communicate effectively and with confidence. This course will assist students to identify factors that influence communication within the health context and examine the importance of communication in building and maintaining therapeutic and professional relationships. Self-reflection as a tool for professional practice will be explored in this course.
