BUSN13001 Research Fundamentals

Course details

This course will introduce undergraduate students to the basic concepts of research, study design and statistics in a business context. Students will learn how to conduct research studies according to established University, national and international policies and guidelines; and how to design studies to best answer research questions using the most appropriate methodologies. Students will also learn how to interpret research findings in the literature and how to present their own research findings. Students will also be provided with an introduction to statistical analysis. This course will provide the basics of research and will prepare students to undertake research degrees, including honours, masters and PhD.
