Course details

Students who successfully complete this course will understand and be able to explain the theory and practice of ethics and governance in Islamic financial institutions in a market-based economy, identify the ethical issues in a given commercial scenario, develop and execute a governance framework or policy for an Islamic finance institution, and reflect on contemporary academic and media commentary on financial ethical and governance issues.
