EDEL20002 Foundation Technological Knowledge

Course details

This course is designed to develop technical competency in using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices and web-based technologies for learning. The technical aspects of ICT will be assessed, together with their affordances for teaching and learning. The capacity of technology to support learning across all phases of learning, from knowledge acquisition to synthesis and presentation of learning will be evaluated. Selections of technological tools will be evaluated for usefulness in each individual¿s learning context, and accessibility guidelines will be developed for learners with common disabilities.
