Course details

The course takes a cross-disciplinary approach to knowledge management, with the consideration of people, technology and processes. The course introduces students to the basic principles of knowledge management, with a specific focus on the usefulness of a knowledge audit to an organisations knowledge management strategy. The course also provides an overview of knowledge management systems and other knowledge technologies.
