LAWS12063 Legal Drafting

Course details

Legal Drafting has as its focus the practical and theoretical underpinnings of legal writing. The course examines drafting and communication, principles of interpretation, general principles of drafting, plain English, Grammar, the elements of Style and documentary construction and presentation. Students will be expected to complete numerous drafting exercises to a professional standard.
