OCCT21003 Occupational Therapy Contexts

Course details

This course introduces students to human performance and occupation across the lifespan with an emphasis on developmental and sociocultural perspectives. It addresses physiological, cognitive and psychological perspectives including the personal and environmental factors that impact on individuals and their occupations. Students will learn about occupational therapy assessment, diagnosis and intervention across the lifespan in association with occupational performance and environmental influences.
