Course details
This course covers the implementation of project management as a procurement strategy to initiate, manage and complete work. Students will study the acquisition and transfer of knowledge, technology and innovation, and will examine emerging domestic and international trends in project management within the building sector. Students will also develop knowledge in problem solving, personal and interpersonal skills, and using different communication modes.
