NHPE20002 Foundations of Health Professional Education

Course details

The students in this course will examine the theoretical and philosophical basis for facilitating learner-centred approaches in health professional education. A range of learning models will be explored, applicable to the diverse groups of learners in health professionals¿ learning environments. The aim is to enhance students¿ ability to recognise learning and teaching opportunities, and to develop strategies for inclusive practice, as well as reflective practice, as students develop, implement and evaluate educational initiatives.
