PROP21001 Real Property Built Environment

Course details

This course provides an overview of the building construction processes for a range of residential and commercial project types from site establishment through to completion. It examines basic construction methods, techniques and styles as well as the forms of construction documentation. The course provides an understanding of a range of building elements and materials. Aspects of ongoing building maintenance and the identification of building defects are also covered.
