In order to obtain the Australian Property Institute's (API) CPV qualification it may be necessary to include PROP21001 Real Property Built Environment in your particular course of study.  Clarification of whether you need to study PROP21001 Real Property Built Environment should be sought from the National Education Director, National Office, Australian Property Institute.  The link to the API is http://www.api.org.au/.

These 2 courses are a one year research project component of the Master of Property Valuation.  The completion of the research project will equip students to conduct research into property markets.  Students will negotiate a topic with a supervisor in a specialist area of expertise and interest.
