Course details
This course explores the diversity of competencies that a creative entrepreneur requires to design and implement plans, policies and practices that maximize individual potential and group cohesion and foster high professional ethics (Pritchard) amongst teams and individuals. This course also explores leadership and teamwork in virtual and global situations.
