ESSC13001 Advanced Applied Exercise Science A

Course details

The course is designed to link and complement the student's programme of study by providing students with extended opportunities to gain clinical skills and experience under the supervision of exercise science practitioners in primary and secondary prevention settings. The course allows for personal and professional development and provides students an opportunity to gain competency and assume responsibilities in the work environment while working with a variety of clinical and or sub-clinical populations. Students will be engaged in work-integrated learning while being supported by staff, school and faculty. This course will also enhance their understanding of future career opportunities in the Exercise Science community
