Students who successfully complete this course will understand and be able to interpret Shari’ah issues in banking, capital markets and wealth management, analyse practical scenarios to identify non-compliant issues, implement strategies to address non-compliant issues in a Shari’ah compliant manner, and justify and communicate Shari’ah issues and remedies to clients, managers and other stakeholders.
