HLTH13032 Health Promotion in Practice A

Course details

The study of this course will allow students to engage in a structured period of industry placement which will be specifically designed and contractually agreed upon by the student, the university and industry. This industry placement will enable students to develop the ability to apply the knowledge and skills of planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs, whilst developing and expanding their understanding of the professional requirements of working as a health promotion professional. There is a recommended one day residential school on the Bundaberg campus in Term 1 for this course.
