Course details
This course is designed to extend the students understanding of object oriented programming principles and data structures. In particular knowledge of objects, recursion, basic data structures (such as stacks, lists, and queues), advanced data structures (such as trees, hashing, maps, sets, and graphs), generic programming and Java Collections Framework are covered. The students apply this knowledge in the solving of practical problems. The strengths and weaknesses of the techniques are also considered.
