Program Aim
Program Structure
The Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) is a four year degree consisting of 32 courses, taught in English, which normally takes four years of full time study. The program structure requires successful completion of all core courses in the principles of normal communication and communication disorders, and how they relate and interact with the other elements that form the practice of speech pathology, together with three courses in clinical speech pathology practice and successful completion of work-placements in the health sector.
Admissions to the program is typically on the basis of the completion of senior secondary school, but alternate pathways for mature age students are available.
