Course details

This course builds on and develops knowledge acquired in Contract A (LAWS11061). Topics include: contracts with a vitiating element such as a mistake; misrepresentation; duress; undue influence; unconscionable contracts and illegal and void contracts. The course also covers the ways in which a contract may be terminated and the remedies available for non-performance of a contract.
