HLTH21006 Theoretical Foundations of Health Promotion

Course details

This course is designed so that students should be able to explore the theories relevant to health promotion from an individual to community level, including prevention approaches, change theories and empowerment theories. Students should be able to examine how theoretical constructs influence health promotion projects by explaining health related behaviours and modification of behaviour based on a range of theories.
