OCHS11025 Introductory Health and Safety Risk Management

Course details

This foundation course introduces students to the principles of risk assessment and their application within a health and safety context. Students will be able to define the terms utilised in the broader principles of risk management and learn to identify and prioritise hazards according to their risk in a variety of environments. In order to develop skills in teamwork, students work in groups to develop a comprehensive response to a risk management case study.
