Course details

This course aims to develop an understanding of the underlying concepts of corporate governance, ethics and organisational citizenship which are relevant to the contemporary business environment. To do this, the course will focus on values, philosophies, theories and models of corporate governance and ethical practice. By using a combination of case study analysis and role-play, the student will develop an awareness of the role that ethical issues play in business governance and management, and develop an ability to critically analyse ethical issues that arise in business life.
