Course details
This course develops knowledge and skills for recognising best practice in training, designing pedagogical strategies and using them in training, and working in Vocational Education and Training settings. Students are required to plan and organise assessment, assess competence, develop assessment tools and participate in assessment validation processes under the guidance of a workplace mentor.
