PROP20003 Specialist Real Property Valuation

Course details

This is the capstone course in property valuation. It covers the principles and practice of valuations for investment, development and specialist properties. Emphasis is placed on the detailed investment approach for commercial and industrial properties and related risk assessments. In addition valuation approaches for specialist-type and underdeveloped properties are considered as well as triple bottom line methodology. Students will be expected to perform a detailed valuation and produce the valuation and any associated research in written report format.
