MEDS13001 Ultrasound of Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Course details

The student will apply knowledge of female gravid and non-gravid pelvic anatomy to the production of high quality images. They will learn to recognise normal, abnormal and pathological signs for this area. Foetal development will be a key component of the course. Students will learn to interpret existing laboratory data and patient history to produce an interpretive report of sonographic images.
