HRMT19022 Comparative Employment Relations

Course details

This is a comparative course. The employment relations systems of a small number of countries will be compared and contrasted. The aim of this exercise is to develop knowledge of various systems of employment relations. The comparing and contrasting of these systems in an analytical manner is designed to enhance understanding of alternative approaches to the employment of labour.
