Women into Science and Technology (WIST) aims to broaden the range of career options for all women by providing an alternative entry path to higher education, especially in the Government priority areas of Science, Engineering and Technology. WIST is a free, home-based, self-paced bridging course that covers English, Science, Mathematics and Computing, featuring introductory courses in Chemistry, Physics, Biology and more. The program provides the knowledge to understand science and scientific developments in society and to perform to university standard. AUSTUDY/ABSTUDY approved and enrolments to the program are accepted all year round.
