COMM40054 Introduction to Creative Writing

Course details

This course encourages people to think clearly and communicate those thoughts effectively in their creative writing. Participating students will practise reading and writing and will have an opportunity to learn from other people's writing. Students will practise writing by compiling and submitting written assessment items. After drafting, editing and 'polishing' written work, students will be encouraged to publish completed work on the Tertiary Entry Program (TEP) discussion list, in a newspaper or a magazine or through a selected publisher.
