MEDI14004 Principles of Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Course details

This course introduces students to the hardware, software and application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). The principles of MRI physics, system components, pulse sequences, image formation are presented together with discussion of the relationship between MR parameters and tissue weighting, presentation, interpretation and analysis of the MRI image.
