Course details

This course will introduce students to specialised X-ray equipment including mobile, accident and emergency systems and Computed Tomography (CT) equipment. The principles, use and manipulation of Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) will be covered. Students will be introduced to advanced medical imaging equipment such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography and Ultrasound equipment.
