About Railway Signalling

This suite of courses in railway signalling is developed by the collaborative Research Centre for Railway Engineering and Technology (Rail CRC), which is the peak railway research centre body in Australia, through its partners (including CQUniversity and key industry partners) and in partnership with the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers IRSE (Australasian section).  The courses are licensed to the CQUniversity’s Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Health for offering in the distance mode.

The program is designed to develop competent and qualified railway signal engineers by providing formal education to new graduates who need to work in the railway signalling discipline.
