Course details
This introductory course, utilising industry preferred audio design tools, provides training in time-based linear digital audio for the creation of music and sonic design artefacts, podcasting and multimedia applications. Detailed processes in audio-editing, use of third-party sonic enhancement tools and basic sequencing within a MIDI environment will also be covered. Students undertaking this course via flexible delivery may be required to own some computer based recording equipment and software. Students interested in enrolling in the course should contact the course coordinator before enrolling.
