Course details

This course covers the basic concepts, tools and techniques that financial managers use to maximise shareholder wealth. The main financial decisions that will be covered include investment, financing and dividends using practical applications. Within these three main financial decision-making areas, the course defines the goal of the firm, discusses how investments are evaluated, how sources and the mix of capital are determined and how the retention and distribution of earnings is reached.
