This course will examine the statutory offences specified in the Queensland Criminal Code and the common law (cases) which interpret the offences. Additionally, this subject will examine the Commonwealth Criminal Codes as well as the Commonwealth Crimes Act with students being introduced to the differences that exist between the federal and Queensland's state-based criminal offences.
