Course details

This course engages students to establish a fundamental understanding of the concepts of corporate governance, social responsibility and business ethics. It aids students in identifying ethical issues and understanding the individual and organisational factors that affect ethical behaviour in the contemporary business environment. Building upon this understanding, and through the use of practical examples and cases, the course equips students with a range of skills and strategies to analyse and resolve ethical issues and encourage ethical behaviour in the business context.
