Course details

This course focuses on the design and operation of management control systems. The link between the organisation's strategies and the control systems is emphasised. Particular attention is paid to the role of the management accounting systems in providing information for control. Students will be asked to consider issues of control in various organisational structures and in a variety of contexts.
