Course details
This course supports the student to develop an independent project in the field of mental health nursing practice under the supervision of an appropriate qualified academic. Students are required to formulate a question and develop a proposal relevant to mental health nursing practice, conduct a literature review and design the methodological approach. Students can choose to complete an 8, 16 or 24 credit point research paper. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to show evidence of progress towards completion of a research project.
