Course details

This course continues on from Language and Learning Extended A and students should be able to apply the reading, thinking and writing skills necessary for academic purposes. Students are encouraged to apply a range of learning strategies to writing and study. They are also encouraged to examine their own worldviews, and those of others, and to develop critical thinking skills. On completion of this course students should be able to plan and write an academic essay, using independent research skills.
