Course details
This course focuses on the knowledge and skills required by Learning Managers to effectively engage in the development of the professional partnerships that are integral to addressing and meeting the needs of diverse learners. These include self-awareness, interpersonal and communication skills, and team dynamics. It also explores the key partnerships within the education setting where these skills are most needed - the Learning Manager working with parents and with other professionals.
