ESSC11004 Study and Research Skills for Health and Human Performance

Course details

This course is designed so that students should be able to distinguish the many disciplines and interrelations within the field of health and human performance. Students should develop the foundation knowledge and skills that will allow for the identification, retrieval and evaluation of the appropriate educational and career options within the field of health and human performance. Students should develop written and oral communication skills relevant to working with groups in various configurations based on feedback drawn from their involvement in professional learning settings. This course emphasises the multidisciplinary aspects of the professional field of health and human performance.
Note: All flexible enrolled students are required to attend a compulsory Study and Research Skills for Health and Human Performance residential school to promote development of course learning outcomes.
