CU18 - Bachelor of Science (Applied Biology, Industrial Chemistry)

Program Aim

Applied Biology

This degree program aims to produce high quality graduates, who can work as professional biologists, possessing advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in selected areas of applied biological sciences. The program enables students to develop a wide range of skills through a combination of theoretical and practical work, including applied problem-solving, small research projects and teamwork.

 

Industrial Chemistry

This program aims to provide graduates with a broadly based knowledge of modern chemical principles, who are also aware of the need for environmentally responsible and sustainable practices within chemical industries. The program enables students to develop a wide range of skills through a combination of theoretical and practical work, including applied problem-solving, small research projects and teamwork.

Program Structure

To satisfy the requirements of the award, students must complete 24 courses/144 units of credit as outlined.
