About Music (Specialisation)

Creative Music Technologies

In tandem with skill-based classes in the use of digital audio workstations and associated software that continues throughout the three years of full-time study, the program incorporates the varying and different means by which you can perform your work and/or present your creative ideas without a specific need to be able to play a traditional instrument.

We also believe in musical traditions as well.  That's why all of our students take courses in how to read and write music notation, learn how to write songs(the old way and the new way), understand the new business practices in music distribution and online product placement - including building and maintaining your won website as part of your set of business tools.
